DevOps Engineer (Azure) | Hybrid Setup – BGC | Competitive Salary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team based in BGC, Taguig. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility along with a competitive compensation package aligned with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD and Release Management

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, and deployment
• Manage version control, branching strategies, and release processes across multiple environments
• Integrate DevOps toolchains including Git, build systems, and release management tools

Cloud and Infrastructure Management

• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ARM templates, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices
• Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, access control, and cost optimization
• Continuously enhance platform performance, reliability, and efficiency

Containerization and Platform Operations

• Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Manage container registries and platform services utilized by development teams

Monitoring, Security, and Compliance

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Apply DevOps security best practices and support compliance initiatives

Collaboration and Incident Management

• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Support troubleshooting and incident resolution in Dev/Test environments

Automation and Continuous Improvement

• Automate operational processes using Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting
• Stay up to date with emerging DevOps trends and technologies

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM templates, and IaC practices
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container ecosystems
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Shell)
• Familiarity with .NET and Node.js environments
• Understanding of DevOps security, access control, and compliance

Experience Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar roles
• Proven track record in building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud deployments
• Experience with container orchestration and IaC tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted coding tools
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
