HR Generalist

Provide support on the full spectrum of HR activities including payroll administration, recruitment and selection, training and development and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

Search, identify sources for qualified candidates and conduct sourcing activities such as posting job openings in professional organizations and other sourcing sites

• Utilize social media platforms for recruitment
• Conduct initial assessment of candidate skills, experience, and culture fit through review of resumes and applications
• Conduct employment verification and background investigation
• Conduct orientation and induction for newly hired employees ensuring smooth transition and onboarding
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and prepare job offers to successful candidates
• Ensure employee benefits are properly administered based on company policies and procedures
• Process and document additional benefits for employees, such as insurance and facilitate employee claims
• Prepare appraisal forms and summarize evaluation scores for merit increases and recommendations
• Coordinate with external consultants and in-house trainers for training needs and schedule annual training for all employees

About you

Ability to conduct candidates' searches based on job specifications and

qualifications

• Experience in filtering candidates and conducting paper screening
• Knowledge of employment verification and background investigation procedures
• Understanding of compensation and benefits administration
• Familiarity with performance management and appraisal systems
• Knowledge of disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Labor Code
• Experience with HR records management and HR Information Systems
• Ability to provide advice regarding implementation of disciplinary actions and HR policies
