About the role

Job Summary: We're excited to bring aboard an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help bring a bold, purpose-driven coaching brand to life online. This role spans everything from creating and scheduling social content to managing website, funnel, and email platforms, supporting client onboarding, and keeping our online community engaged. We need a proactive person who takes ownership without waiting to be told what's next: sharp, comfortable with tech, and genuinely excited to grow with a fast-moving, creative team. Key Responsibilities: Produce short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) using CapCut or Descript

  • Upload, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Substack
  • Design and refresh graphics using Canva templates (carousels, reel covers, quote graphics)
  • Manage website and funnel content, including updates in Showit, listings in Thrive
  • Cart, and course content in Member
  • Vault or similar platforms
  • Format, send, and track email newsletters through GoHigh
  • Level or Mailchimp, keeping an eye on open rates and top-performing content
  • Support client onboarding with welcome emails, resource delivery, and templated replies to common inquiries
  • Moderate and manage online community spaces, including approving requests, monitoring comments, and boosting engagement during launches
  • Set up and maintain Zoom for recordings and calls, and troubleshoot basic platform/link issues
  • Keep digital asset folders in Google Drive organized, including testimonials, graphics, and reusable content
  • Support general digital operations (event coordination, PDFs, lead magnets) and keep up with AI tools to streamline workflow
  • Mandatory Skills: Proven background in social media management and content creation
  • Proficiency with CapCut or Descript for video editing
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva
  • Experience organizing digital assets and files in Google Drive
  • Familiarity with website/funnel/course platforms such as Showit, Thrive
  • Cart, or Member
