Full job description

We are an EdTech tutoring platform focused on equity in standardized test preparation. We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to improve the user experience and interface of our existing website, web application, and digital products.

Our platform serves multiple user types, including students, parents, tutors, school partners, and administrators. We are looking for someone who can evaluate the existing experience, identify friction points, and create intuitive, modern, and scalable designs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate our existing website and web application and identify UI/UX improvements.
• Improve user journeys, navigation, onboarding, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop and mobile.
• Build and maintain reusable components and a consistent design system.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Review implemented designs for consistency and usability.
• Recommend UX improvements based on user behavior, feedback, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing SaaS, web applications, marketplaces, or other multi-user platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to developers and stakeholders.
• Front-end development knowledge is a plus.

Portfolio required. Please include examples of web applications, mobile applications, or digital products you have designed.

• Pay: Php900.00 - Php1,800.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 8.0 per week
