Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and services to customers and address their concerns promptly
• Maintain a professional demeanor whilst managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
• Contribute to achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
• Handle Customers Inquiries and assistance regarding healthcare services and prior authorizations requests. What we're looking for

Must be a Person with Disability (PWD) with a valid PWD IDFresh Graduate in Allied Health course with no BPO experience, ORCompleted 2 years in College any course with at least 6 months international BPO voice experience, ORAt least High School Graduate with 1 year international BPO voice experience

• Willing to work fully onsite
• Willing to work on a night shift
