Are you a US Registered Nurse with strong Utilization Management experience and the confidence to lead a team?

We are looking for experienced USRNs who can provide clinical expertise, operational guidance, and team support

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and support a team of USRN professionals handling Utilization Management-related processes.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members.
• Monitor team performance and help ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with account standards.
• Assist in addressing operational concerns and escalations.
• Promote consistent application of clinical and Utilization Management guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth account operations.
• Help identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate action plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active USRN license – any U.S. state.
• At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Utilization Management / clinical review processes.
• People management or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a non-voice environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a Work-from-Home setup.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including:
• Night shifts
• Weekends
• Holidays
• Available to start ASAP.
