We're Looking for Someone With:✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent✔ At least 1 year of Accounting experience, preferably within the travel industry✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather information, identify discrepancies, and develop appropriate solutions✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, airlines, travel agencies, and internal stakeholders✔ Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software or ERP systems✔ Strong preference for candidates with experience in Trams, IAR, Shared

• HR, and iPay✔ Willingness to complete and pass the required ARC Specialist Training and Certification Program
• Your Role Includes: Handling various aspects of airline ticketing and settlement processes to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Reviewing service fees and ensuring proper attachment of TAF (Service Fee) to tickets
• Performing daily interfaces between the GDS and Accounting System
• Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies between IARC/ARC and the Accounting System
• Preparing and balancing weekly ARC Sales Reports
• Supporting ARC-related activities while ensuring accurate financial transactions and adherence to industry

• Downloading and reviewing Airline Debit Memos (ADMs) and validating related records in the GDS and Accounting System
• Disputing invalid debit memos and coordinating valid ADMs with the Travel Agency Manager/Team Lead
• Preparing management reports, supporting financial closing activities, and assisting with schedule preparation
• Managing Accounts Receivable, including cash application and reconciliations
• Supporting Accounts Payable, including vendor/supplier payments and credit card reconciliations
• Handling commission tracking and accounting data entry activities
• Providing backup and coverage support for other accounting processes and assignments as needed
