HR & Operations Team Lead

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly capable Staff Services Partnering Lead who will lead a team of Staff Services Partners (SSPs) to ensure the effective delivery of contractor support services while independently managing HR and operational support for a dedicated roster of VIP clients. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila time

What You Will DoDirectly manage and support 5 to 8 Staff Services Partners (SSPs), providing guidance on day-to-day operations and escalations. Function as the dedicated SSP for 15 to 20 VIP staff, handling their needs from onboarding to offboarding. Oversee key staff support processes, including attendance, leave, timesheets, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance. Act as the point of contact for complex operational issues and help ensure smooth service delivery for both your team and VIP clients. Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality while supporting SSPs in managing their respective contractor pools. Partner with Client Success and other internal teams to resolve concerns and maintain quality service delivery.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a team. Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Customer Support, Shared Services, BPO Operations, or similar operational environments. Experience managing team performance, coaching team members, and driving operational results. Experience handling escalations and resolving complex employee or customer concerns. Experience supporting a global or international workforce is strongly preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
