About the role
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining a strong prospect pipeline.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Monitor market and industry trends to uncover new growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling, commercially viable solutions.
- Lead the pitch deck presentation development, creating project timelines, and generally being of help in building planning and research business.
- Participate intensely in all internal and external CSR initiatives of the company.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in advertising, communications or related field
- Bachelor Graduate
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Resourceful and able to handle focus group discussions
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in both English and Tagalog
- Client-facing confidence — professional, charming, and can build strong rapport with clients
