About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruitment Assistant to manage our end-to-end recruitment process across our hospitality and F&B operations. In this role, you will handle sourcing, candidate tracking, and background verification for roles ranging from rank-and-file staff to executive-level positions. Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across frontline service, kitchen staff, supervisory roles, and executive management. Maintain and update candidate data, status, and pipelines using an Excel-based manual Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Conduct manual background checks, reference checks, and verification of candidate credentials and employment histories. Schedule interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate communications, and deliver updates in a timely manner. Assist with pre-employment document collection and assist new hires during their onboarding process. Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Recruitment Assistant or Recruiter within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring for both rank-and-file and executive/management positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for candidate tracking, status reporting, and data management. Strong attention to detail with experience conducting thorough manual background checks and reference verifications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates across all organizational levels. Willing to work in Rockwell, Makati
