Home Health ICD-10 CODER Responsibilities*Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines. Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding. Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services. Works closely with clinical team members for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.Qualifications:*Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired6 months recent Home Health
experience required
- Certification in Home Health coding (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10 ) a plus
- RN a plus
