Sales Officer

Job Description: The Sales Officer – International Business Development is responsible for expanding Fairy Skin Beauty Products Corporation's presence in international markets by identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities with overseas distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and strategic partners. The position focuses on generating new international accounts, building long-term business relationships, conducting negotiations, closing sales agreements, and ensuring excellent account management. The Sales Officer is expected to exercise excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills while representing the Company in meetings, trade discussions, and international business engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or international account management is an advantage. Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both written and verbal). Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business deals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online communication platforms. Willing to work flexible hours, if necessary, to accommodate international clients across different time zones. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience in export sales, international trade, or the beauty industry is an advantage.
