Accounts Payable Team Lead

Job Purpose

• To assist the Team with the recording of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices for clients across multiple countries Job Duties
• Managed entities to help the Team workloads Resolve issues and manage call meeting with vendor, if needed
• Conduct AP statement reconciliation
• Assist the output of AP Team in an accurate and timely recording of purchase invoices from purchase orders already in the system
• Sense checking of requests coming through the system for errors
• Learning VAT for assigned counties and applying appropriately to invoices - pushing back to suppliers or sales teams when VAT is incorrectly charged
• Liaising with the sales teams for purchase orders (POs), complex Entity if needed
• Liaising with either shipping or sales team for supplier delivery

• Liaising with management accountants on payment dates for suppliers
• Assisting with queries on invoices from customers, complex Entity if needed

Qualifications,

Skills and Experience

• sExperience in a similar role would be preferred
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Must be available to work full time on GMT (UK) time zone. Experience working with SAP or Dynamics would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook. Business or Finance degree preferred
• Must be willing to travel or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
