Accountant (CPA)

Handle the end-to-end preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of supporting

• Analyze financial statements, variances, trends, and key financial indicators to provide meaningful insights to management. Ensure financial reports are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other departments on financial reporting requirements, audit requests, and resolution of accounting issues.

Qualifications

CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field. With 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting, with strong exposure to the end-to-end financial statement process. Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, financial analysis, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing. Real estate industry experience is an advantage. Knowledge or experience in NetSuite and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel are an advantage.
