About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative for retail account, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support across voice, chat, and email channels. This is a 3-month seasonal role, with an opportunity for full-time employment based on your performance and the client’s business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders related to product inquiries, refunds, returns and exchanges, and account issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO or retail environment (voice, chat, and email experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
• Willingness to work on shifting
