HR Generalist

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR recommendations and solutions. Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding. Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HR programs such as talent development, succession planning, and competency enhancement
• Guide managers on employee relations concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving team performance and employee experience
• Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training) to deliver integrated HR support to assigned business units
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
• Support organizational changes, including restructuring, process improvements, and talent movements
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives that strengthen people operations and business

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist roles
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law, and people management principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Willing to do business trips
