Technical Field Support Zamboanga

We are looking for a dependable Technical Field Support staff to assist with technical operations, project site activities, and client support in Zamboanga and nearby areas.

This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone with a technical background who can assist in site work, monitor project activities, coordinate with subcontractors, support basic troubleshooting, prepare reports, and help ensure that assigned technical work is completed properly.

Some site assignments may require travel to different locations and may last for several weeks depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily technical operations, project site activities, and service requirements
• Monitor site work, subcontractor activity, materials, tools, equipment, and project progress as assigned
• Assist during site surveys, inspections, installations, testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and service activities
• Provide basic technical support for IT, network, wireless, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and auxiliary systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams during site work and project implementation
• Check if site activities are being completed based on instructions, project requirements, and agreed timelines
• Prepare site updates, service reports, progress reports, technical findings, and other required documentation
• Report project concerns, technical issues, delays, manpower concerns, material concerns, or client concerns to the immediate supervisor
• Assist in receiving, checking, monitoring, and safekeeping assigned tools, equipment, materials, and project items
• Support post-sale handover, maintenance visits, service calls, and other technical branch requirements
• Travel to different project sites when required
• Perform other related duties necessary to support technical operations and project implementation

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Technology, or any related technical course
• Previous experience in technical support, field work, project site monitoring, installation support, or related technical work is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of any of the following is preferred: networking, wireless systems, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, auxiliary systems, or basic troubleshooting
• Willing to do field work, travel to different sites, and be assigned to project locations when needed
• Able to monitor work progress, follow instructions, and report issues clearly
• Able to coordinate professionally with subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Organized, dependable, and able to prepare basic reports and updates
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, willing to learn, and able to support different technical and operational tasks
