Junior Designer

We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our Design team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity for emerging designers to develop their skills in a collaborative creative environment. As a Junior Designer specializing in graphic design, you will support the creation of compelling visual content and marketing materials that contribute to our brand's success. Key responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphic designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, advertisements and promotional content

• Collaborate with senior designers and creative teams to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Assist in the production of design assets and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure proper file management and documentation
• Stay informed of current design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve design output
• Support the design team with administrative tasks and other projects as assigned

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating design capabilities

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent programs
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, composition and layout principles
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work and design versatility across various mediums and project types
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise, polished designs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in graphic design
• Preferred: Experience with UI/UX design, web design, video editing software, or motion graphics
• Preferred: Familiarity with brand identity development and marketing design principles
