The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification, preferred but not required
• More than 3 years of experience in financial accounting or a related role
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management roles, a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS and GAAPProficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or SAPAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial modeling

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
• Willingness to report according to the assigned work arrangement (Baguio hybrid; Cebu and Davao onsite)
• Willingness to work the night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)Your Daily Tasks
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with member companies' accounting departments to reconcile and report on HOA and corporate accounts
• Engage with key stakeholders, association boards of directors, and unit owners to address accounting-related inquiries
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support new client onboarding, including system setup and process alignment, as needed
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAPIdentify and implement process improvements and internal controls
• Maintain data integrity across accounting systems
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory
