Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist with a strong SaaS and eCommerce background to support our clients.

Responsibilities

• -Provide Tier 1 technical support and resolve complex issues
• -Investigate failed orders and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using Logz.io
• -Deliver resolutions through Zendesk or escalate issues with complete findings
• -Resolve backend issues and bugs using Jira
• -Monitor and troubleshoot orders using CRM platforms
• -Support eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Gorgias

Requirements

• -At least 1 year of Tier 3 Technical Support experience
• -Strong eCommerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
• -B2B and/or B2C support experience
• -International customer support experience
• -SaaS support experience
• -Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including RCA
