Sports UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about sports and experienced in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user experience, interface design, and design systems, with the ability to translate product requirements into seamless experiences across mobile apps and digital platforms.

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with product, development, content, and marketing teams to create user-centered designs that balance functionality, usability, and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile apps, web platforms, and other digital products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on product requirements and user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
• Design sports-related experiences including match centers, live scores, statistics,

s, news, video, team and player pages, and other sports features.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, content teams, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear, functional, and user-friendly experiences.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows, interactions, and new product concepts.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improving the product experience.
• Review implemented designs and work closely with developers to ensure visual and functional accuracy.
• Continuously improve existing features based on user feedback, product requirements, and performance insights.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard of usability and visual quality.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, mobile design patterns, accessibility standards, and sports digital experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related digital design role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience creating responsive interfaces, components, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience designing mobile applications and/or web-based digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to create clean, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces.
• Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working in the sports or esports industry is preferred.
• Must be a sports fan, with a strong interest in basketball, volleyball, or tennis.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing sports apps, sports media platforms, or fan engagement products.
• Understanding of sports user behavior, live sports experiences, and fan engagement.
• Experience designing real-time sports features such as live scores, match centers, statistics, standings, and play-by-play experiences.
• Familiarity with mobile app development workflows and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience conducting usability testing, user research, or analyzing user feedback.
• Experience creating or maintaining a comprehensive design system.
• Familiarity with current UI/UX trends and digital experiences across sports and entertainment platforms.
