About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support data management, reporting, account maintenance, and quality control activities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in back-office operations who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources. Create, update, and maintain customer and account information in the system. Validate master data including addresses, phone numbers, pricing, sales hierarchy, and other key records. Prepare and publish reports for business and operational use. Investigate data discrepancies and ensure information accuracy. Upload and maintain data within company systems. Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Manage team mailboxes, documentation, and project logs. Maintain data confidentiality and comply with security guidelines. Support continuous learning, process improvements, and other assigned tasks.

About you

Graduate of any related 4-year course. At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations. Experience using basic to intermediate data management tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Detail-oriented and resourceful. Strong commitment to organizational goals and values. Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Able to meet aggressive deadlines. Flexible to work shifting
