Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced People
- Soft FSCM Test Analyst with strong functional testing expertise across People
- Soft 9.2 and People
- Tools 8.56+. The role will focus on functional testing, SIT/UAT, defect management, People
Soft Image updates, and coordination with business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios and test data.
- Perform Functional Testing, SIT and UAT.
- Validate People
Soft 9.2 Image updates and new features.
- Perform performance testing as required.
- Coordinate with business users to understand, reproduce and resolve defects.
- Track and manage defects through closure.
- Analyze and prioritize support issues to meet SLA requirements.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support testing activities for enhancements, fixes and new functionality.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with People
Soft 9.2 and People
Tools 8.56+.
- Good functional knowledge of AP, AR, Billing, Project Costing, Treasury, Asset Management and GL.
- Knowledge of AWE (Approval Workflow Engine) and People
Soft Security.
- Exposure to People
Soft PUM, Image Updates and new features.
- Strong experience in test case preparation, Functional Testing, SIT and UAT.
- Experience with performance testing and defect tracking.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, ServiceNow or similar defect management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
