CPA ACCOUNTANT | MAKATI (HYBRID)

💰 Compensation & Work Setup

• Salary: PHP 33,000–35,000
• 2 months onsite training upon joining
• Hybrid after training: 3 days onsite | 2 days WFH
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

🌍 About the Role

We are hiring a CPA Accountant for an international organization with operations in multiple countries. The role is part of a collaborative finance team supporting both headquarters and field offices.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Record and review financial transactions
• Process payments and maintain supporting documentation
• Monitor account balances and analyze financial data
• Support general accounting and reconciliation activities

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Support internal and donor reporting requirements
• Review budget versus actual expenditures
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in budget preparation
• Support financial forecasting and financial analysis

Audit & Controls

• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper financial documentation
• Support internal controls and compliance requirements

✅ Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
• Open to Newly Licensed CPAs
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Relevant accounting, finance, or audit experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willing to undergo 2 months of onsite training in Makati
