Grade School Teacher

Role Description: Teach Grade 1 students, prepare daily lesson plans and exams for different subjects, prepare grades of students, interact with students and parents. Additional duties include attending staff meetings, participating in trainings, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Education, Psychology, or its equivalent. Other college degree holders are welcome to apply. Previous experience teaching kinder or grade school learners is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in oral and written English
• Strong foundation in Education with an understanding of child development and grade school curricula.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
• Demonstrated skills in Teaching and classroom facilitation, with the ability to manage diverse learning needs.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues clearly and respectfully.
• Experience in Training or mentoring learners, including providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
• Ability to create an inclusive, positive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to student safety and well-being.
