About the role
We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber accountant or financial controller to step in and handle critical new workflows. In the short term, you will supervise team members, with plans to oversee an additional junior accountant by next year.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review comprehensive month-end accounts
- Deliver accurate management reports and financial statements
- Supervise and mentor team members, with expanding supervisory responsibilities for junior accountants next year
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to manage financial operations and reporting workflows
About you
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred3-5 years of proven background in preparing and reviewing month-end accounts, management reports, and financial statements
- Experience with ASX reporting and compliance would be highly regarded
- Strong mentoring and supervisory capabilities, with experience managing junior accounting staff
