About the role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Strategy & Talent Acquisition

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support hiring requirements across multiple brands and business units. Build and establish recruitment processes, workflows, and best practices to support organizational growth. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities. Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding

Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, career fairs, and other sourcing platforms. Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms and company career pages. Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market. Explore innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive and high-quality candidates. Candidate Screening & Selection

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone and virtual pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate hiring assessments and interview processes with hiring managers. Maintain candidate evaluations and provide recommendations throughout the selection process. Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience from initial contact through onboarding. Provide timely updates to candidates regarding application status and interview outcomes. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process. Job Offers & Onboarding Support

Prepare employment offers and assist with offer discussions and negotiations within approved guidelines. Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities with HR Administration and hiring managers. Support new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Recruitment Reporting & Process Improvement

Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and talent databases. Prepare recruitment reports, including hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring progress. Recommend improvements to recruitment processes and hiring strategies to increase efficiency and hiring quality. Participate in HR projects related to organizational growth and workforce planning. Offboarding & Employee Exit Management

Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process across multiple brands. Coordinate resignation acceptance, exit clearances, asset returns, and completion of required documentation. Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving employee retention and engagement. Coordinate with Payroll, HR Administration, IT, Finance, and department heads to ensure timely employee separation and final clearance. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations related to employee separation. Maintain accurate offboarding records and prepare reports on employee turnover, resignation trends, and attrition metrics.HR Administration Support

Assist in HR administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records. Support other HR initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned that are related to Human Resources.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting for multiple departments, business units, or brands is an advantage. Experience establishing or improving recruitment processes in a growing or startup environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and talent sourcing strategies. Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR recruitment systems. Willing to support multiple brands and contribute to building a scalable recruitment function as the organization continues to grow.
