Brand Product Manager - Solar Systems

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Brand Product Manager – Solar Systems to join our marketing and communications team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in driving the success of our solar systems product line. As Brand Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, managing product positioning, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. This role is central to building brand awareness, establishing market leadership, and driving commercial success within the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing integrated brand strategies for solar systems products to enhance market positioning and brand recognition
• Managing the complete product lifecycle, from launch through maturity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development decisions
• Creating and overseeing brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards to maintain consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, marketing and communications to ensure cohesive brand delivery
• Developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate the brand
• Monitoring brand performance metrics, customer feedback and market trends to optimise brand strategy and inform continuous improvement
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, distributors and partners to strengthen brand presence in the market
• Preparing regular reports and presentations on brand performance, market insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, product management or similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy, technology or fast-moving consumer goods sectors

• Proven expertise in developing and executing brand strategies that have resulted in measurable business impact and market growth
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies, consumer behaviour and competitive analysis
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing platforms, brand analytics tools and marketing automation software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments whilst maintaining independent strategic thinking
• Experience in the solar energy or renewable energy industry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with consumer behaviour in the Philippine market would be advantageous
