Virtual Assistant - US Medical Scribe

We’re Hiring: US Medical Scribes - Remote (Licensed Healthcare Professionals Only)

Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license

Also accepted: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), Pharmacist (RPH), or Radiologic Technologist (RRT)Applications from other professions will not be considered

• Must be willing to undergo a 3-week paid training program
• Must have a complete technical setup

Experience Requirements

• At least six (6) months to 1 year relevant experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or teaching medical-related subjects
• MDs: Internship experience is acceptableBPO/customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Previous experience as a Medical VA or General VA is an advantage

Skills Needed

• Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms

Technical Requirements

• Dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC + backup device)
• Windows 11, 8GB RAM, i5 processor minimum
• For Mac: Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) or Intel-based Mac equivalent
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup option (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid acceptable)

• Schedule: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift, PH Time)
