HYBRID - Pharmacovigilance Specialist

• Work Setup: Hybrid upon production
• Training: 100% Onsite
• Production: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pharmacy graduates – with or without an active PRC license
• Nursing graduates will also be considered
• At least 1 year of experience in Safety Case Processing / Pharmacovigilance
• Experience using Veeva Safety Database and/or Argus is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive safety information
• Willing to work fully onsite during training and transition to a 3x onsite hybrid setup upon production

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and manage pharmacovigilance safety cases accurately and within required timelines
• Review and document adverse event and safety information
• Perform case data entry, validation, follow-ups, and related safety processing activities
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance procedures and quality standards
• Use safety databases such as Veeva Safety and Argus
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely case processing
