UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and user-centered digital interfaces. The role involves conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and creating high-quality final designs using tools such as Figma. The designer ensures a consistent and seamless user experience across various platforms while adhering to brand standards and accessibility guidelines. This position also works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights to support design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design concepts using tools such as Figma.
• Create responsive and visually engaging user interfaces consistent with established brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Review user feedback and testing results to continuously improve and refine designs.
• Apply accessibility standards and best practices to promote an inclusive and user-friendly experience.

Job Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design.
• Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, particularly its prototyping, design, and collaboration features.
• Experience in creating responsive designs is an advantage.
