HR SUPERVISOR

Oxford Distributions, Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team on a contract basis. This role is based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila and is essential to supporting our organisation's people management objectives. As HR Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. You will be instrumental in creating a positive workplace culture whilst supporting the operational needs of the business across our distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management and payroll coordination
• Support the recruitment process by screening applications, conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates across various departments
• Manage employee relations matters including attendance, performance management and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and labour laws
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour regulations, statutory requirements and company policies
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programmes and professional development initiatives
• Process HR-related documentation including employment contracts, leave applications and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
• Provide HR support to managers and employees on policies, procedures and workplace issues
• Assist in conducting exit interviews and managing employee separation procedures
• Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional HR experience in a supervisory or generalist HR role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and statutory

requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisational levels
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to HR challenges
• Experience in a logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing is advantageous
