Responsibilities

Close sales through inbound and outbound calls — no cold calling. Negotiate pricing while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Follow established scripts, processes, and sales procedures when communicating with customers. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Represent and uphold the company’s values while assisting customers.

Job Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.3+ years of BPO experience, with at least 3 years of direct inbound/outbound sales experience. Upselling experience alone does not qualify. Strong and reliable internet connection with 50+ Mbps LAN/hard-wired internet. Dual-monitor setup is mandatory. Must have a backup power source and backup internet connection. Non-negotiable requirements | Must have your own Windows-operated laptop or desktop with: At least an Intel Core i5 processor

• Minimum 8 GB RAMMac OS is not compatible
• An extra monitor — for dual-monitor setup
• Noise-canceling USB headset — Bluetooth headsets are NOT allowed
• Web camera — mobile phone cameras are not accepted
