Data Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and maintain customer-related operational information and documentation in accordance with established procedures and Operations Center system requirements; Perform timely data entry, updating, and basic verification of operational records in relevant systems and databases; Maintain records related to network faults, service interruptions, restoration activities, cutovers, and Hotline services; Assist in consolidating and organizing historical, current, and newly generated operational data to support system implementation and ongoing data management; Conduct routine data checks and coordinate with relevant teams to clarify or update missing, inconsistent, or duplicate information; Maintain proper electronic and/or physical filing of operational documents and prepare basic data summaries, lists, and reports as required; Provide documentation and administrative support to the Operations Center and perform other reasonable and relevant duties related to documentation and data administration as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Documentation Management, Records Management, Information Management, Administrative Management, or a related field; Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, with good data-entry and documentation skills; Good skills in data organization, information entry, and documentation management; Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, proactive, and be able to coordinate effectively with teams; Proficient in CAD, Corel Draw, and Google Earth

Detail-oriented, responsible and execution-focused, with ability to handle repetitive and detail intensive data management tasks; Fresh graduates with strong computer and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
