- Proven ability to lead both direct account teams and distributor management teams
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills B. Sales & Distributor Expertise
- Deep understanding of Modern Trade and distributor-led channel operations
- Proven track record in achieving nationwide sales and distribution targets C. Commercial & Financial Acumen
- Strong experience in pricing, trade terms, budgeting, and P&L management
- Ability to balance growth with profitability D. Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities E. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders F. Technical & Digital Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems (SAP or equivalent) G. Experience Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role handling Retail and Distributor Operations
