Position Overview

The Graphic Designer creates visually engaging assets that support Cyberbacker’s marketing initiatives across digital, print, social, and event campaigns. This role ensures all designs follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to life that capture attention, reinforce messaging, and drive results. Working closely with the Creative Director, content team, and social media managers, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in maintaining a cohesive and professional

Key Responsibilities

• Design Production

Create high-quality visual assets for digital, print, social media, events, and other marketing campaigns.

Adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining consistency.

Support ongoing campaign needs with quick-turnaround design requests.

• Brand Consistency

Apply Cyberbacker’s brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all materials.

Uphold design standards that reinforce professionalism and brand recognition.

Assist in updating and refining brand guidelines when necessary.

• Creative Support

Collaborate with copywriters, digital specialists, and social media managers to bring creative concepts to life.

Work under the Creative Director’s guidance to deliver visuals aligned with campaign goals.

Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions to support campaign ideation.

• File Management

Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand resources for easy team access.

Ensure version control and proper storage of design assets for long-term use.

Keep asset libraries updated with the latest approved creative materials.

• Innovation

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output fresh and engaging.

Experiment with new visual styles, layouts, and techniques to elevate campaigns.

Recommend innovative design approaches to enhance brand storytelling.

Required

• At least 1 year experience
• 100% Work from home
