About the role
The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering key projects related to warehouses, warehouse operations, and the logistics network in support of the company’s SCM strategy. The role will have end-to-end ownership of major initiatives, including the renewal of the current Cavite warehouse 3PL contract and the selection and launch of a second warehouse. Responsibilities cover RFP development, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation and execution, warehouse setup, go-live, and operational stabilization. The role works closely with internal functions, senior management, 3PL providers, warehouse operators, and equipment suppliers to manage schedule, cost, quality, and risk and ensure stable warehouse operations. The position also oversees company-owned warehouse facilities and equipment, including asset records, warranty tracking, repairs, maintenance, procurement, and vendor management, together with related administrative processes such as quotation collection, internal approvals, PO issuance, invoice verification, and payment processing. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES SCM Project Management Plan and manage warehouse and logistics network projects in line with the SCM strategy, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. Lead the RFP for the second warehouse, including evaluation and selection of candidate vendors, negotiation of pricing and contract terms, and contract execution. After contract award, manage warehouse layout, equipment installation, system integration, operating model design, workforce readiness, inventory transfer, trial operations, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Report project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and drive timely decision-making and problem resolution. Stakeholder Coordination and Negotiation Collaborate with internal functions including Logistics, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and Store Operations. Serve as the primary contact for external partners such as 3PL providers, warehouse operators, and equipment suppliers, and negotiate pricing, service levels, quality, delivery

s, and contract terms. Lead meetings and clearly document decisions, issues, owners, and due dates. Company-Owned Warehouse Facility Management Maintain an accurate asset register for company-purchased or company-owned warehouse facilities, equipment, and supplies, including location, condition, warranty period, maintenance contract, and repair history. Monitor equipment failures, defects, and warranty expiration dates, and arrange repairs, replacement, maintenance, or additional purchases as appropriate. Manage equipment specifications, quantities, implementation timing, and budgets based on warehouse operating requirements and volume plans. Vendor Management Manage vendor contracts, pricing, quality, delivery, SLAs, and service responsiveness for warehouse operations, equipment, maintenance, and repairs. Periodically review vendor performance and drive corrective and continuous improvement actions for service failures, delivery delays, and other issues. When required, identify new vendors, obtain and compare quotations, conduct evaluations and selection, and lead contract negotiations. Procurement and Payment Administration Obtain quotations and complete internal approvals and PO issuance for projects, equipment purchases, repairs, maintenance, and other services. Verify consistency among purchase orders, deliveries or services performed, and invoices, and complete payment processing within the required timelines. Monitor budget performance, open PO balances, uninvoiced and unpaid items, and payment status, and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments and vendors. Cost, Risk, and Compliance Management Manage budgets and actual expenditures for assigned projects, capital equipment, repairs, and vendor services. Identify risks early, including project delays, cost overruns, equipment failures, and vendor service interruption, and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Comply with internal requirements for contracts, procurement, payments, asset management, and audits, and maintain all required supporting documentation. Advancement of DC and E-Commerce Warehouse Operations Drive problem identification and continuous improvement across KPIs, management practices, people capabilities, and operations, engaging both the internal team and 3PL partners, with the objective of building a world-class manual warehouse operation. QUALIFICATIONS
- Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, procurement, or facility management. Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects such as new warehouse launches, warehouse relocation or expansion, or equipment installation. Knowledge of or hands-on experience in RFP preparation, vendor selection, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and contract coordination. Ability to independently manage project

Strong coordination and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with 3PL providers, warehouse operators, equipment suppliers, and other partners and to drive problem resolution and improvement. Ability to manage warehouse equipment and assets, including purchasing, warranty periods, maintenance and repairs, and asset registers. Ability to complete quotation collection, internal approval, PO issuance, invoice verification, and payment processing accurately and on time. Strong ownership, logical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement based on facts from the operation. Must be willing to be on project-based employment under partner agency.
