IT Project Delivery Manager

The IT Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful end-to-end delivery of IT projects, programs, and technology solutions within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role manages cross-functional teams, coordinates with stakeholders, mitigates delivery risks, and ensures that technology initiatives align with business objectives. Generic Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, programs, and technology initiatives from planning through implementation and closure. Develop and maintain project delivery plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets. Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT teams. Manage project scope, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, governance sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder discussions when required. Identify potential delivery risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies. Ensure effective resource allocation and capacity planning across projects and delivery teams. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in IT project or delivery management. Proven experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery. Experience leading cross-functional and technical teams. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, budget management, resource planning, and delivery governance. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, system integration, and application delivery. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
