About the Role

• Work Hours: 8 AM to 12 PM and/or 1 PM to 5 PM Pacific Time (full-time works both shifts; part-time works one)

Studio is a US-based digital services agency specializing in digital marketing, AI consulting, and business operations. We are small, remote, and growing fast, and we are doubling our marketing output.

We are looking for a self-driven Marketer who finds the work to do and does it, without waiting to be told. The CEO sets high-level goals. You turn them into concrete marketing tasks and execute. You spot opportunities, you act on them, and you operate autonomously day to day.

This is not a role for someone who needs assignments queued up. Proactivity is the single most important thing we are hiring for. If you wait to be handed tasks, this is the wrong fit.

What You'll Do

Turn Goals Into Work

• Take the CEO's high-level goals and turn them into concrete marketing tasks
• Proactively identify marketing opportunities and execute on them
• Decide what's worth doing and do it, instead of waiting for direction

Run the Marketing Work

• Work across our SEO and content marketing efforts
• Operate alongside an AI-driven content pipeline that produces and publishes at scale
• Own your output end to end and move fast
• Operate Autonomously
• Run your day without being managed
• Surface what's working and what isn't, and adjust
• Hold yourself to a high bar without being pushed to it

Requirements

Must Have

• Demonstrated autonomy and initiative; a track record of self-directed marketing work, not just executing tasks someone assigned you
• Real SEO and/or content marketing experience
• Strong written English; you will be doing content work

Nice to Have

• Comfort working with AI tools inside a marketing workflow

• You move fast and own the outcome, not just the activity- You use AI tools to multiply your output

Red Flags

• You need tasks handed to you before you can start
• You are a reactive task-taker rather than a self-starter
• Your experience is all execution of other people's plans, with nothing you initiated

Employment Terms

• Hours: 8 AM to 12 PM and/or 1 PM to 5 PM Pacific Time
• Schedule: Part-time (20 hrs/week, one shift) or full-time (40 hrs/week, both shifts)
• Equipment: Company-provided virtual machine; reliable internet connection required Vacation: 4% accrual, approximately 4 days per 100 days worked
• Holidays: US federal holidays included as paid days off
