Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Associate will assist in delivering HR services and solutions that support the business objectives of the organization. This role is focused on partnering with managers and employees to provide guidance and support across a variety of HR areas, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning. The HRBP Associate will work closely with senior HRBPs and HR leadership to implement HR programs and initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:HR Support & Partnership: Assist in implementing HR initiatives and strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth. Partner with managers to address HR-related issues and provide solutions for improving team dynamics and performance. Provide general HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters, including policy interpretation and procedural guidance. Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee relations concerns by providing guidance to managers and employees on resolving conflicts, grievances, and performance issues. Promote a positive work environment by ensuring consistent application of company policies and maintaining an inclusive culture. Support investigations into employee complaints or issues and help with conflict resolution as needed. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring that employees receive constructive development support. Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans and providing guidance on employee development. Talent Management & Development: Assist in identifying talent gaps within the business and support talent development initiatives, including training and career development opportunities. Help coordinate employee training programs and assist with onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company. Provide support for succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and helping to create individual development plans. Compensation & Benefits: Responsible with compensation and benefits-related tasks. Help communicate benefits options to employees and assist with the administration of benefits programs. Support compensation benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.HR Data & Reporting: Maintains HR data and generates reports related to key HR metrics, including turnover, employee engagement, and retention. Analyze HR data and trends to provide recommendations to senior HRBPs and business leaders for improving HR practices. Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and company standards. Support the communication and administration of company-wide HR policies and procedures.HR Projects & Initiatives: Initiate HR projects and initiatives as needed, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement activities, and organizational change programs. Help with implementing new HR technologies or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.1-2 years of experience in human resources, with exposure to various HR functions (preferably in a generalist role). Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees and managers. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
