Operation Data Analyst

The Operations Data Specialist is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to support business planning, operational excellence, and management decision-making. The role prepares operational reports, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), develops dashboards, identifies trends, and recommends data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Key responsibilities

Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze operational data from various sources. Prepare regular and ad hoc operational reports for management review and decision-making. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets. Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization reports. Identify operational trends, gaps, and areas for improvement based on data analysis. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with established operational standards and procedures. Monitor operational activities and assist in identifying issues that may affect service delivery. Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in implementing operational solutions. About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Good communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Relevant work experience is an advantage. Willing to conduct occasional ocular/property visits.
