JOB SUMMARY

The Strategic Sales Associate supports the Strategic Planning Supervisor in managing institutional sales accounts and developing new business opportunities. The role involves handling administrative tasks related to account transactions, assisting in strategic sales planning, and leading the implementation of new sales initiatives. II. SIZE OF RESPONSIBILITYA. Reporting To: Strategic Planning Supervisor

III. PRIMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A. Perform administrative tasks related to transactions under institutional sales accounts
  • B. Maintain updated documentation and records for account activities, including contracts and transaction logs
  • C. Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth sales operations
  • D. Assist in strategic planning for potential business opportunities under the direction of the Strategic Planning Supervisor

E. Lead the implementation of the new projects/handling new accounts under institutional sales.F. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates and recommendations for improvement.IV. SECONDARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A. Conduct basic market research and data gathering to support strategic sales planning
  • B. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for business development efforts
  • C. Support the supervisor in special projects or tasks as needed

D. Participate in field activities and occasional site visits to support project implementation.E. Host and assist all activities related to all branding activities and Institutional accounts.F. Other tasks that may be assigned.V. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLSA. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

B. At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, admin support, or planning (FMCG or food manufacturing background preferred)C. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • D. Good analytical thinking and communication skills
  • E. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)F. Willing to travel occasionally for fieldwork and project execution
