About the role
- Attends to employees heath concerns (first aid, bp monitoring) and dispenses due medication to employees as needed.
- Can provide employees with health programs that promote wellbeing & safety (eg. Lectures, pamphlets, counseling).
- Takes charge of overall health of employees in conjunction with the Safety Officers of the plant.
- Maintain medical and other related records of employees.
- Inventory medicines and other supply/Ensures availability of medicines
- Organize annual physical examinations.
- Interpret medical results.
- Do and assist HR related matters.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in Occupational Health Nursing is an advantage
- Has high tolerance to stress & can do multi-tasking
- Attentive to details
