About the role
Quad Realty and Development Corporation is looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist with experience in real estate recruitment, particularly in sourcing and hiring Sales Agents.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified real estate Sales Agents
- Post and promote job vacancies through various recruitment channels
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
- Maintain an active pool of Sales Agent candidates
- Coordinate interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates
- Develop strategies to increase the number of qualified Sales Agent applicants
- Assist HR in other recruitment-related activities
About you
- Experience in real estate recruitment, preferably hiring Sales Agents
- Knowledgeable in sourcing candidates through Facebook, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Experienced in screening and interviewing applicants
- Familiar with recruiting property/real estate Sales Agents and understanding sales-related positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and target-oriented
- Can work independently and handle multiple recruitment activities
- Preferably with an existing network or talent pool of real estate Sales Agents
