Project & Event Management Associate

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to post-event completion.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to achieve the best value and service.
• Prepare project updates, event reports, budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and creative agencies, overseeing the development and timely delivery of marketing and promotional assets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track.

The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for managing and supporting Business as Mission (BAM) initiatives and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs of CRT Aroma Philippines, Inc.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a media agency, events agency, trade event organization, or similar environment, preferably as an Event Project Specialist, Project Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, or a related role.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications relevant to the role.
• A dedicated Christian who upholds biblical stewardship and demonstrates integrity, accountability, and excellence in the workplace
• Willing to travel nationwide and work flexible hours as required by project and event
