Store Manager – Vision Express Ayala Park Triangle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of retail/store management experience, preferably in optical retail
• Strong background in sales, operations, inventory, merchandising, and customer service
• Experienced in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Familiar with POS systems and retail software
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and results-driven
• Willing to work shifting

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive sales and achieve store targets
• Assist customers with eyewear product recommendations
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure excellent service
• Improve customer retention and satisfaction

Store Operations & Inventory

• Oversee daily store operations and cash handling
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability
• Conduct inventory audits and monitor merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
• Enforce company policies and operational standards

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate store staff
• Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations
• Ensure staff knowledge in products and customer service
• Promote a positive and productive work environment

Financial & Business Management

• Monitor sales performance and store KPIs
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Support promotions and business initiatives
• Track operational and customer service metrics

Marketing & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards
• Execute in-store promotions and displays
• Monitor competitors and market trends
