As an Automation Engineer...You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline IT operations, improve efficiency, and support our MSP partners and their clients. Ideal Technical Profile5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role

• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or similar
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Git, system administration, and IT infrastructure

Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes and operations using tools such as PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or other automation platforms. System Integration: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems, tools, and software platforms to create seamless workflows and improve system performance. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and recommend and implement automation strategies to reduce manual efforts, increase efficiency, and minimize errors. Automation Testing & Deployment: Test and validate automated solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements, then deploy them to production environments with minimal disruption. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor automated systems and workflows for performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support. Continuously assess and optimize automation processes for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of automation processes, scripts, and workflows. Prepare and deliver reports on automation performance and results to stakeholders.
