Sales Specialist - Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija

As a Sales Specialist at North Trend Marketing Corp./AP Blue Whale Corporation, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality tire's products to dealers. This full-time role is essential in supporting our business objectives and ensuring we provide an exceptional customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Developing strong relationships with existing distributors/dealers to secure repeat business and drive growth

• Preparing detailed sales proposals and negotiating contracts to close deals
• Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the best Tire options for their vehicles and operating conditions
• Proactively reaching out to new and existing customers to identify their needs and present tailored solutions
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving targets
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
• Accurately recording all customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
• Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably from the automotive or FMCG industry
• Solid experience in handling dealers or distributors
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers
• A results-driven mindset and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to record and analyze customer data
• Can drive 4-wheel manual vehicle with active driver's license
