Project Manager - Payroll (UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City)

The Project Manager position provides delivery and project support for HR BPO operations, including Talent Acquisition, HR, and Payroll services. This role supports small to medium-scale initiatives that focus on coordination, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement. The Project Manager ensures initiatives are executed effectively, risks are identified early, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle. The role may also support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives and act as a subject matter expert (SME) or project team member on client-led projects..Responsibilities:*Develop, maintain, and manage project charters and project plans for assigned initiatives* Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met* Prepare and deliver project status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders* Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as appropriate* Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, operational teams, and leadership* Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.* Review business processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiencies.* Support the design and implementation of continuous improvement and innovation projects in support of HR BPO delivery operations* Assist with temporary projects and ongoing operational initiatives as needed* Act as a project team member or subject matter expert (SME) on client‑led projects when required* Support adoption of standard project management and delivery best practices across assigned initiatives

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:* Minimum 1 year of basic to intermediate project management experience* Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Payroll BPO environments* Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives* Formal project management learning, training, or coursework (e.g., internal training, foundational PM education, or certifications-in-progress)* Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic delivery environment* Fluency in English
