• Job Description: Junior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations of applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like AWS Cloud

Formation, Ansible, or Terraform.

• Monitor and optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, or deployments.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Stay updated on the latest DevOps practices, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on a day shift schedule.
• Fully work on site from Monday to Friday in Ortigas, Pasig.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Experience with serverless computing platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Certification in AWS or DevOps.
